The site is served from Cloudflare's global network as a static site with edge functions.
02 What we collect
Only two categories, and one of them only if you choose to write to us.
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email address, company name (optional), message | Only when you submit the contact form | To read and reply to your enquiry |
| IP address, browser user-agent, country code, timestamp | Automatically, on every request | Security, abuse prevention and delivering the page |
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or behavioural cookies. There is no account system and nothing to log into.
03 Legal basis
- Contact form — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract; and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- Technical logs and security — Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected from abuse.
Submitting the form is entirely voluntary. If you would rather not use it, email us directly.
04 Where your data goes
We want to be specific here, because "we may share data with third parties" tells you nothing.
| Recipient | What it receives | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | All requests to the site: IP address, user-agent, country, timestamps. Cloudflare is our
host and CDN, and may set strictly necessary security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm)
to distinguish humans from bots. |
United States / global edge network |
| Telegram FZ-LLC | The full content of any contact form you submit — name, email, company, message and originating country — is delivered to us as a private Telegram message. | United Arab Emirates |
| Namecheap, Inc. / Private Email | Email you send to contact@facaitech.com, as our mailbox provider. |
United States |
| Google LLC | This English page loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google when the page renders. The Chinese version of this site loads no external fonts. | United States |
These transfers outside the EEA rely on the recipients' standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the recipients named above.
05 How long we keep it
- Enquiries — retained while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation you resume. Then deleted.
- Security and edge logs — retained by Cloudflare according to their own retention policy, typically a matter of days.
Ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will, without needing a reason from you.
06 Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with equivalent law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased
- Restrict or object to how we process it
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
Write to contact@facaitech.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge, and you do not need to justify the request.
07 Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. It has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, which are exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive.
08 Intellectual property
The content, design, source code and marks on this site are the property of the publisher named in section 01, unless credited otherwise. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted.
09 Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not maintain a version archive, so the current version is the one that applies.
